INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All International orders are handled by DHL, FedEx & SkyNet. International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment.

Shipping Timeline

PAKISTAN

Normal shipping times vary between 3 to 5 business days for inland delivery. For far off areas, the delivery times may vary between 7 to 15 business days.

Once your transaction is complete, HOMESSENTIA will confirm your order with you through email or phone. Once a confirmation is done with you - we then package and handover your shipment to BLUEX, TCS, DAEWOO, Traxx , DHL/FedEx or PakistanPost depending on your payment method   

Most in-stock items will arrive 10-15 business days after receipt of your order.

However, we assure you that all orders (in stock) are packaged and dispatched for shipment within 48 hours.

 

Exchange Rates
Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. Foreign exchange rates are determined by inter-bank rates of exchange. These rates correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates that would otherwise be applied in an e-commerce transaction.

 

Returns & Exchanges 
Orders shipped internationally aren't eligible for free returns or exchanges; return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
