We offer a 3 days refund policy. ( NO RETURNS or REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS)
For Smaller Products (weighs 500 Gram or below) PKR 250 shall be deducted from product price in terms of delivery charges and will be refunded if there is no defect in the returned product.
For Large Products ( weighs 1Kg or above) PKR 600 shall be deducted from product price in terms of deliver charges and will be refunded if there is no defect in the returned product.
In case the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer will be responsible for any loss in value. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a notification will be sent through e-mail or Whatsapp about the rejection or approval of refund.
If the customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of the order and wants to exchange the product with some other variant of the same or other product, the company will gladly do so given the customer bears delivery charges of returning the product and delivery of the new product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact on aforementioned e-mail address immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if a wrong item is received.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, returns on sale items or gift cards cannot be accepted.
